Cold Brew refers to the process of preparing the coffee, not the temperature of the final product. Once coffee beans are ground, they are allowed to steep in water at room temperature for a long time, usually 18 hours or more. This gives us a great cold brew that is smoother, less acidic and highly caffeinated.
